Henri Fagerstrom is a process improvement expert and a cost analyst with 13 years of experience setting up, running and improving finance processes. Henri has a proven business transformation experience from strategy, through deployment to standardization. Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner with strong project and people management skills.
Before dedicating himself fully to cost optimization consulting, Henri has managed global processes and regional delivery organizations in big four, IT and Medical device companies.

Henri’s accomplishments in cost optimization highlights a project of $5 million direct P&L saving as part of the Blackbelt certification process. To meet the corporate efficiency targets, Henri has leaned and restructured multiples finance processes resulting between 10 – 30 % efficiency gains.
Henri is a world traveller who has lived in 7 countries, two continents and speaks fluently four languages. Currently Henri has settled himself in Wroclaw, Poland and his personal goal is to become proficient in Polish as a 5th language.
When Henri is not optimizing nor analysing customers costs, he loves playing tennis, carry out culinary experiments in the kitchen and feeding ducks with his 2.5 year old son.
Henri studied Business Administration in Helsinki, followed by Prince 2 practitioner and BlackBelt project management certifications. Currently, Henri is finalizing his Management level program with CIMA to ensure that he has the latest knowledge on IFRS.
